4. How do I change the batteries?
To open the Battery Box, turn the Battery Cover anticlockwise and insert 2x AAA batteries. Make sure the positive and negative sides of the battery are facing the same way and close the door by turning it clockwise. Only replace batteries when the gadget is turned off.
5. Can I share the iroha matcha?
To prevent the further transfer of STIs or any kind of infections its advisable to not share even after washing it.
6. Do I need to buy batteries for the product?
The iroha zen runs on 2 AAA batteries. A pair of tester batteries is included to check that the product functions properly at purchase. Running time: Approx. 4 hours. Make sure the positive and negative ends of the batteries are facing the correct direction. Check the + and – signs at the entry of the battery compartment before inserting.
