Setup: Arrange the Monogamy board and components. Each player chooses a player piece and places it on the "Start" space.

Choose Level: Decide on the desired level of play: Intimate, Passionate, or Steamy. Place the corresponding level counters on the highlighted spaces on the board.

Roll the Dice: Take turns rolling the dice. Move your player piece accordingly along the board's spaces. Follow the instructions on the space you land on.

Suggestion Cards: Draw a Suggestion Card matching the colour of the space. Choose to answer the question or perform the activity. This encourages open conversations and exploration.

Connection: Share your thoughts, fantasies, and desires. The emphasis is on understanding your partner's preferences.

Level Up: As you progress, reach the heart-shaped spaces to level up and experience more intense scenarios.
