1. To turn on the massager long press the power button on the massager for 1.5 seconds

2. Begin with gentle pressure or low vibration settings. Explore what feels good, and adjust speed, pressure, or angle as needed. Listen to your body.

3. Press the power button to change between the modes

4. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to activate travel lock/unlock. Device vibrates twice to show lock or unlock status

5. To turn off the massager long press the power button on the massager for 1.5 seconds once you are done

6. Use any Mschief Water based lube for an enhanced experience
