Step 1: Inspect and Open Check the expiry date on the individual wrapper before use. Carefully tear open the foil from the notched edge, ensuring you do not use your teeth or sharp nails which could puncture the latex.

Step 2: Prepare the Tip Squeeze the reservoir tip (teat) at the end of the condom to expel any trapped air. This ensures there is adequate space for semen and prevents the condom from bursting.

Step 3: Position and Apply Place the condom on the head of the erect penis. Ensure the rolled-up ring is facing outwards.

Step 4: Roll Down to the Base Roll the condom all the way down to the base of the penis. If it becomes loose or feels excessively tight, adjust it or use a new one to prevent breakage or slippage.

Step 5: Withdraw and Dispose After ejaculation, hold the condom at the base while the penis is still erect and withdraw carefully. Wrap the used condom in a disposal pouch or tissue and discard it in a bin. Do not flush.
